## How do I send a gift to someone else's address?

1. **Choose the gift** and check its arrival day on the product page.
2. **At checkout, tick "Send it to someone else"** and enter their name and address. Your own name stays on the order.
3. **Add a free e-card** with their email address and your message.
4. **Pay** by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. We email you the tracking link when it leaves the warehouse.

## Will they know who it's from?

With an e-card, yes: it carries your name and message. Without one, the parcel is addressed to them and contains the gift in its own packaging, so we recommend adding the e-card so they know it's from you.

## What address details do I need?

Their full name, the first line of the address, the town and the postcode. A phone number is optional and helps the carrier find tricky addresses. We deliver to home and work addresses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

## How much does it cost to send a gift?

The gift's price plus £3.95 tracked delivery, or free delivery when your basket is £35 or more. The e-card is free.
