What delivery costs
| Your basket | Delivery |
|---|---|
| Under £35 | £3.95, tracked |
| £35 or more | Free, tracked |
One charge per order, however many gifts are in it.
When it arrives
Every product page shows the arrival day before you buy, worked out from the moment you're ordering. There are two kinds of gift:
| Gift | Leaves us | Carrier | Arrives |
|---|---|---|---|
| Same-day dispatch | The same day when you order by noon, Monday to Friday | Royal Mail Tracked 48 | 2 to 3 working days after it leaves |
| Standard dispatch | Within 1 to 2 working days (up to 4 in October to December) | Royal Mail Tracked 48 | 2 to 5 working days after it leaves |
Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend or on a bank holiday count from the next working day. Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight: allow an extra working day (checkout reminds you when the postcode is one of these).
Baskets with both kinds of gift
Some gifts come from different warehouses, so a basket can arrive as two parcels on different days. Checkout shows the day the last one arrives, and you pay delivery once.
Christmas last order dates
| Gift | Order by |
|---|---|
| Same-day dispatch gifts | noon on Thursday 17 December |
| Standard dispatch gifts | noon on Wednesday 9 December |
These dates leave room for the carriers' busiest week. Each product page also shows whether it arrives before Christmas.
Tracking
When your gift leaves the warehouse we email you the tracking link. If you ordered while signed in, the order is in your account too.
