We collect what we need to deliver your order, send the e-cards you ask for and run the shop. We never sell personal data. You can see, correct or delete yours at any time.

Who is responsible
Clockwise Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through Next Day Gifts. Next Day Gifts is a trading name of Clockwise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15143248). Contact: hello@nextdaygifts.co.uk.
What we collect and why

We don't sell or rent personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the people we need to run the shop: the UK suppliers who pack and send your gift (the delivery name, address and phone only), Royal Mail and other carriers, Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email), our hosting providers, Google Analytics and our own analytics service. Each processes data under a contract that protects it. Some process data outside the UK under UK-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records: 6 years (tax law). Accounts: until you close them. E-card details: 90 days after sending. Reminders: until you remove them or unsubscribe. Abandoned-basket data: 30 days. Analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or move it to another provider. Email hello@nextdaygifts.co.uk. Every marketing and reminder email has a one-click unsubscribe. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
