About this gift
Chakra Connections is a batik wall hanging, 106 x 90 cm, in rayon and vivid colour, for anyone who loves chakra art and wants a bold piece on the wall. A standout birthday or housewarming gift.
Hot wax goes on first: the design is drawn directly onto the fabric, then natural dyes create the artwork. The fabric is stretched and sun dried, and once the wax is washed out the design comes alive in vibrant colours.
Plain walls meet their match in this piece, whether it is a gift for a birthday or a housewarming. Created in Ubud, the artistic enclave on the island of Bali, it brings vivid colour wherever it hangs. Hang Chakra Connections and give a plain wall a colourful centrepiece.
