About this gift
Cinnamon essential oil, 50 ml of it, is steam distilled from the leaves and twigs of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree, a gift for anyone who loves essential oils. It is a birthday, Christmas or thank you gift for an oil burner fan.
Ceylon cinnamon, also called true cinnamon, is the tree behind this oil. The Latin name is Cinnamomum Zeylanicum, the plant parts are leaves and twigs, and the source is Sri Lanka. Steam distillation extracts it.
Legend gives cinnamon a tall tale: giant birds that collected cinnamon sticks for their nests. For centuries cinnamon was an important item of trade between India, China and Egypt. Add cinnamon to their oil collection.
Great for: essential oil fans, oil burner users, friends who love scent
