For companies

One dashboard for the whole company

Run a group per office or team under one company space, with your logo and colour on every group page. You see who has joined and who has sorted a gift across every group, never who has whom.

Want gifts bought and invoiced centrally instead? Tell us about your team and we'll come back within a working day.

Built for work

Post one link in your team channel and people join themselves, with a name and work email. No accounts, no app to install, nothing for IT to approve.

You see who has joined, who has started a wishlist and who has sorted a gift. You never see who has whom, so you can take part too.

  • Invite by Slack, Teams, email or a QR code on the kitchen wall
  • Paste a list of up to 100 work emails at a time
  • Keep teams, managers and their reports, or couples apart
  • Automatic draw on a date you pick, with everyone who has joined
  • Reminders a week before and on the last day to order
  • Up to 500 people in a group, and several groups for big companies

Your company's own code

Your group gets an exclusive 15% code built from your company name, for example ACME15. It's for your colleagues only, once each, on gifts at Next Day Gifts until 31 December.

It's the easiest perk you'll hand out this year: it costs the company nothing.

Office Secret Santa ideas

Pick for the person, not the job title. A tea drinker gets a mug with a coaster lid; a planner gets a notebook; a home lover gets a candle. Socks and mug sets are the safe bet for anyone.

For £10 to £20, the usual office budget, look at novelty mugs, mug and socks sets, candles, desk gifts and sweet treats. Every gift shows the day it arrives.

More on Secret Santa

How much should you spend on an office Secret Santa?

£10 to £20 is the usual office budget in the UK. Pick an amount the lowest-paid person on the team is happy with, and keep it the same for everyone.

Can I run Secret Santa through Slack or Teams?

Yes. Create the group here, then paste the join link or the ready-made message into your Slack or Teams channel. People join from the link in seconds.

Can managers take part without seeing the draw?

Yes. Nobody can see the pairs, the organiser included, unless the group switches that on before the draw and everyone is shown it.

What if half the office forgets to join?

Set a draw date: we draw names automatically with everyone who has joined by then, so nobody who never replied gets left with a gift and no giver.

Can we keep teams apart?

Yes. Add exclusions between any two people, such as a manager and their report, or partners who work together.
